License & Usage Terms

This project is a custom web application developed for Central Research Facility, IIT Kharagpur, using open-source templates with proper attribution.

Project License

This software is licensed to Central Research Facility, IIT Kharagpur for exclusive use within their institution. Redistribution or commercial reuse outside the client’s domain is not permitted without explicit permission.

✅ Internal use by IIT Kharagpur authorized personnel
✅ Customization and internal redistribution permitted
❌ Public resale or reuse outside the institution is prohibited
✅ Modification allowed for internal needs

Frontend Template Attribution

The public-facing interface is built using a customized version of the Arsha template by BootstrapMade.com.

The Arsha template is distributed under the BootstrapMade license, which allows free use with proper attribution.

Admin Panel Template Attribution

The backend admin interface uses a customized version of AdminLTE 4, an open-source admin dashboard template developed by Colorlib and contributors.

AdminLTE is licensed under the MIT License, which permits use, modification, and distribution with attribution.

Custom Code Ownership

All backend logic, database schema, form validation, role-based access control, AJAX operations, and application-specific features are developed by Debraj Biswas and are protected under copyright © 2025.

Support & Maintenance

Ongoing support, feature additions, and maintenance are provided as per a separate agreement. Requests for updates or bug fixes should be sent to the developer.

License Verification

This application includes a real-time license validation mechanism that verifies the authenticity of the installation with our secure license server.

🔒 The Admin Panel periodically contacts the license server to validate this instance.
✅ Only installations with a valid license key issued by the developer are authorized to use the Admin Panel features.
🚫 Unauthorized duplication or usage will result in restricted functionality or deactivation of the admin interface.

License keys are domain-bound and cannot be reused or transferred without prior approval. Violations will be treated as a breach of terms.
